“This review is a little long but I want to cover several areas of excellence exhibited by the professionals at EZ Blast. First, from the first bi-annual visit to my home in Richmond, TX, each technician has always arrived well within the service window and not 20 seconds before the end of the window. They have consistently notified me when the technician is on his way, giving me time to get home if I am not already there. This may not mean much to you, but I have also appreciated that when booking appointments after the first visit, Sandra has recognized my number and already has my service address pulled up. Should this be the norm in the age of caller ID? Sure, but I cannot tell you how many times I’ve called a service and its like starting all over from the beginning each time. It’s really nice to be recognized as a regular customer. The professionals always put on booties when entering my home. It’s a very nice consideration. I didn’t experience the first visit upcharge game where they lure in with a low service special. Subsequent visits are the same. If it is needed, they tell me. They have also been very consistent about telling me what could be coming down the pike so we can discuss ahead of time. Is it always possible to predict the future items that might break? No, but I am very comfortable that preventative maintenance and forward thinking prevents small issues from becoming major expenses. Very recently, I pushed up my Spring service appointment due to the mild winter and early warmer Spring. Within days of that bi-annual maintenance with Alex as the technician, I had a home inspection as part of a potential home sale. Some small items were noted on the report and I immediately contacted Sandra who, being much calmer than me, managed my upset and immediately scheduled a visit for early the next morning. After a few minor items (taping, cleaning a vent cover and inspecting the interior) were addressed, it was all good to go at a very minor cost. I also appreciated that EZ Blast was completely amenable to addressing any issues that might have overlapped with roofing notations on the inspection report. There were no overlaps but had there been, it is a relief knowing professionals are willing to work with a separate discipline to ensure any items can be addressed simultaneously. As a senior citizen and a woman on my own, it is scary to think how often one can be taken advantage of. I have never doubted the honesty and professionalism of Sandra, Ramiro and Alex with EZ Blast and have appreciated the extra steps they have taken when I’ve needed help on short notice. “Honest. Ez blast came out to evaluate our blown AC issue. They gave us a few options for replac. Upon installing they noticed something (I couldn't tell you what!) didn't need replacement, so they adjusted the cost in our favor. After install, I couldn't turn off the ac. I called them, left a VM, they returned my call first thing the next morning and sent a tech. Upon review he realized the install had tripped my thermostat and he resolved the issue without further charge. I'm very thankful for their honesty. Ask for a cash price!”
