Once I realized my condenser wasn't running at all I started calling around to multiple companies. Red was the first to pick up the phone and talk to me. We discussed some information about the situation and he had a tech over within the hour. But just my luck my system started functioning properly while Collin diagnosed the system rom top to bottom. He was professional and answered all my questions during diagnosis. Cooltime services has my business from now on. I will not use anyone else .”
