What Customers Say
“My situation is unique, but I wanted to share my experience to caution potential customers about Countryside Air. I recently purchased a home, and just before closing, the AC needed repairs. The real estate company hired Countryside Air to resolve the issue. Their "fix" was to replace the condenser, but they failed to verify whether the system was functioning as intended afterward. The problem? The home requires at least a 3.5 or 4-ton condenser, and they swapped the old 3-ton unit for another 3-ton unit and considered the job done. After closing, I moved in and quickly realized the AC wasn’t working properly. By then, the real estate company refused to assist as the issue was no longer "their problem" since the property was no longer theirs. When I contacted Countryside Air, I was given the number to the owner (or a senior representative). Instead of addressing the issue, he suggested I invest in double-pane windows or other upgrades. Or that I could pay them to "fix" the problem(s) they overlooked. Now, I’m facing an unexpected expense of several thousand dollars due to Countryside Air’s negligence. Had they properly assessed the issue, this could have been resolved before closing. Instead, I’m left dealing with the consequences. This is an unacceptable situation. One that no one should ever have to experience.”
