“Technicians were friendly, but spoke very little english. Overall findings: Very difficult dealing with this company, because they are attempting to run a service oriented business from one persons cell phone. Unable to leave messages. Didn't reply to texts. Don't answer the phone regularly. Failed to follow instructuins, both phone requests and in person. Technician wouldn't listen to our Condo Door Man on where to park. I would be concerned if they had to service equipment in the future. Therefore, we declined to have them replace equipment.”

“Of all the HVAC companies we have engaged for our school, Delta leads above in service, pricing, and integrity. Recently for example 2 units were not cooling properly. We talked with numerous vendors-same answer $16,000, "They cannot be repaired." Then we found Delta who assessed promptly, determined the mechanical fix and repaired the units promptly.
