He provided a clear quote, discussed financing options, and was able to schedule installation of a new unit just two days later. The installation technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job removing the old furnace and installing the new one. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process.
