“Update: My A/C unit stopped working on Sunday and when I called on Monday they sent out a repair tech within the hour. Cody diagnosed my issue and presented me with my options for the repair. He explained in detail the advantages for each option and how each would effect my unit in the long term, based on the current condition of my equipment. Cody was polite and professional and did not pressure me in any way to purchase the more expensive option. He explained everything well, and he obviously has a solid understanding of the issues involved in a repair such as this. I felt very comfortable with my eventual decision and I was pleased with how quickly he did the work. I was also very pleased that he sent me before and after pictures of the parts that he had installed. I was especially impressed that he cleaned up the cobwebs and dirt that were present, and that he took such pride in his work. I texted him with a question the next day, and he replied promptly to my request. I have been using Hunter's Air and Heat since I moved here five years ago, and I would highly recommend them. I use their annual check up service, and I am always pleased with the care and concern that all of their employees exhibit when dealing with any issue I may have regarding my home (First Review) My ductwork was out of code and had reached the point that it needed replacing. Hunter (my technician) discussed the issues with me and explained my options. In addition to replacing the outdated air ducts, they also ran a new duct to a room that previously had not been part of the system. The installers arrived on time and did a great job. They removed all of the old materials and cleaned up after the job was done. Hunter came by the next day to make some final adjustments to the system and to inspect the work. I was very pleased with the work that was done and with the price I paid. Hunter went above and beyond my expectations and was a pleasure to work with.”

“Yesterday started out really rough for my family after the electricity went out in our neighborhood. We had no ac and our house was extremely hot. I panicked not knowing why to do but then I got a hold of Rick from Hunter’s Air & Heat, Inc. Rick allowed me to explain my concerns and told me not to worry he would be over to take a look. It took him what seemed less than 30 minutes to get to my house and even less time to find out what happened to my unit. He was honest in telling me that he could do the minor repair without trying to sell me a system that going to cost me thousands. He weighed out the pros and cons with me of doing a simple repair or replacing the whole thing. Ultimately I chose to go with a new system because of my previous experience with the original company (L&S Mechanical) who installed the air handler and unit outside. To know I will not have to fight with a company to come out to my home for repairs or have any issues in the next 5 years while my system is under warranty is great. Because of his knowledge I also learned that the lack of air flow in my 5 bedroom, two story house, was not due to just having one unit and no power but because of the poor craftsmanship from the previous company. I was glad to wake up to a well regulated system delivering proper air flow in all areas of my house. Thank you Rick for everything you did.”

“When you call Hunter’s Air, Heat & Roofing you get GREAT customer service from beginning to end. From after hour answering service to Alena scheduling your prompt service time. Hunter and Logan are very knowledgeable, respectful, and take the time to explain everything. They were able to repair my A/C but due to age and freon leak I knew it could go out again. When that time came they made that process worry free. That install team ran like a well oiled machine! They worked together and had the job done in record time. I also purchased the Maintenance Agreement so that my new system gets two check-ups a year. I cannot thank everyone enough for making this process from beginning to end STRESS FREE! I love my new A/C unit; it is Beautiful!”

“We hadn't had to use the mini split in our office in some time because the weather had been nice. When it started getting warm we turned it on and it wouldn't work. Our maintenance guy checked it out and discovered it was a communicating problem. We called Hunter's and Bubba and Sam came over to check it out. They discovered there were some blown parts from a power surge we had several months prior. They ordered and replaced the parts to discover the compressor was also blown. Since the refrigerant had changed again since they had installed this unit for us we needed to replace the complete system. They sent a fair quote to replace it. Once approved it was ordered then Rick and Bubba were back out to install everything in less than a week. In a couple of hours or less we were up and cooling and I was back to wearing my jacket in the office. This is why they are our go to company for heating and cooling. Great job guys!!
