“Indoor Air has been taking care of our homes since the 1970's - three different homes, many service calls, many replacements - always great experiences. Everyone in their company is dependable, honest, friendly and helpful. We have always felt that we could trust their recommendations and been very pleased. And most importantly - they always answer their phone - they will come repair your AC - even if it is July4th! We will never call anyone else!”

“If i could give them a negative star i would. A technician came out to diagnosed 1 unit. They billed me 294.98 for time spent taking pictures, discussing how to get the unit in the backyard and estimate. Now this explains why he was dragging out his time . I literally walked up the attic stairs and saw him just sitting. I am a senior citizens and companies like this who take advantage of old people has a special place when their deeds are judged. This is unethical and they advertise free estimates. After i rejected them wanting to install a unit for $13,180.00 they bill me for Benny killing time doing nothing. There was no dye leak test performed. Their website advertised free estimates, and senior citizen discounts. I will be 69 in January and this is elderly abuse billing me for an estimate. This is greed. On 1/10/2025 Indoor Air, Inc. sent a technician to my home to diagnose 1 unit in my home. When I called them I told them I had three units and only wanted them to diagnose the unit on the second floor. They advertise free estimates and discounts to sr. citizens. They billed me $294.98 for service but the technician did not service any A/C. He took pictures and said he checked for a leak. He did not do any dye leak test just diagnosed that the unit outside was leaking. I received an estimate for $14,000.00 to install a unit. This company is advertising free estimates on their website and also advertise on their invoice they will put a lien on your house is you don't pay the invoice. The invoice is an act of extortion to get money by advertising free estimates, the threats of putting a lien on my property is bullying me into paying. Advertising that contains false or misleading information is a form of deceptive marketing that's designed to trick consumers into buying products or services.
