The first time he came out, the issue wasn’t actively happening, which made it difficult to diagnose. Even so, he was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. When the intermittent problem happened again and we called him back out, Charles was able to quickly identify the issue and repair it without any hassle. His knowledge and experience really showed. He was kind, professional, punctual, and easy to work with, which made the whole process much less stressful. It’s not always easy to find someone you trust with home repairs, but Charles absolutely earned that trust. We would highly recommend Mann A/C and will definitely be using Charles again as our preferred A/C repair specialist.”

Fortunately, I had proof from an invoice showing that a licensed company had performed maintenance before my home purchase, and there were no problems at that time. I’m currently disputing their claim with AHS. If they are assigned to service your AC, I strongly recommend requesting a different company.”
