“I called on a Monday morning when my heat pump stopped working. Annabelle was super friendly on the phone and said she’d do what she could to have someone come by that day, but it may not be until the next day, which I was fine with. She said she would call me back later that morning. True to her word, she called me back an hour later and said the technician was on his way! Jay the technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn’t have the part he needed on his truck, but picked up the part he needed and immediately came back and fixed my heat pump. This is the first time I’ve ever used Marathon to service my HVAC unit but it won’t be my last. Overall just a great experience. I couldn’t recommend Marathon more. Amazing customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great communication, and super reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and don’t look past Marathon for your repair!”
