“The team at Pace is absolutely incredible. I learned about them when they supported a charity I am active with. They take care of the ACs for homes of single moms, which already speaks to their character. Then they did a spring service on my two very old AC units. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of expensive fixes, just said they'd keep it limping through one more brutal Texas summer. (They did!) When it came time to replace AC, they were my first phone call and installed a 3 ton unit faster than I thought possible. Now that we are in a new home, they were my first phone call. They show up on time, don't try to upset you stuff you don't need, are honest, affordable and conduct themselves with integrity. HIGHLY recommend!!!”

Joe came out and repaired the issue, installed my new thermostat, and even found an issue with my condenser’s power wire. Joe was very professional and thorough. “Pretty disappointed. My Mother in law used these guys for years for general maintenance so we did the same. Everything seemed fine. I had hem install a new unit and immediately water was leaking from the ceiling. Hey accidents happen and they came to repair. Everything seemed normal after. Ended up using them again for our downstairs unit. Same issue. Water all in my living room. Again they came out and made the repairs. About 14 months later... More leaks. When I called them they tried to sell me another unit because it was out of warranty... I've had 3 other companies come take a look and all say the installation was done very poorly and what has been causing all my issues.”
