“I brought my very cherished receiver/amplifier in to this establishment 6 months ago having a problem with the volume/balance control pots, I figured it was a bit of a tricky fix for myself to try and figure out, I did try cleaning the pots out with no luck. Thinking there must be someone in Medicine Hat that works on audio equipment, I searched high and low on google only to find Pinos electric......So I gave the gentleman a call and asked if he was able to fix such a thing, he agreed he could ! So I brought my amp in thinking “hey great, I’ll finally be able to listen to my tunes again soon”. I walked in the door, the gentleman did not say very much only looked at my receiver for two seconds and then asked for my phone number, wrote down a few things and then proceeded to tell me he would be two weeks at most. Two months went by so I called and asked about my receiver, at this point he said he could not figure out what to do and that he might have to modify my unit with different pots in order for it to work, at first my heart sank and I thought about just taking the thing back, but hesitant, I told him to do what he must, I Want my amp working again ! It’s been 6 months now and still no call back, I have picked up a new amplifier and am very upset ! So if you’ve gotten this far reading my rant, please do not make the mistake of leaving your audio equipment with this man, You may never see any of it again !”

“Took my DIC for my Grand Prix to Pino as my power pins somehow got removed, copper and all from the motherboard. Pino not only reconnected them, but managed to manually recreate the path for each pin so my errors and flickering stopped and my car retailed its mileage! Thanks Pino!!”
