“As part of our annual inspection and maintenance plan, one of the company’s technicians, Sean, came out and performed his work quickly, efficiently and professionally, as usual. We discovered, however, to no real surprise, that our second a/c unit was just about to finally give up the ghost, after being nursed along for the past nine years as a result of the hard-working magical expertise of Rob Terry and his crew. In all honesty, we had figured we’d have to replace it five years ago, so there was no doubt that the time had finally come to replace instead of trying to patch it up and repair it. In any event, Rob and his guys, along with Rob‘s wife Summer, bent over backwards and worked both early and late hours to get the new unit in and up and running prior to our daughter coming back home for the summer from Vet school (up at A &M), so… … all that to say, kudos to them, as this was very much appreciated. Bottom line, they are good people, running a great family owned company, and we have been using them exclusively ever since we moved back here to the Richmond area for the third time in 2009. I am sure there are other good companies out there, but as far as we are concerned, they are simply the best, and we very much appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone who needs anything in the HVAC department.”
