“Titan Technology took over management of our home systems which included all-home sound systems and camera. Initially they replaced the racks of equipment with newer technology and assisted in redesign of our media room. They were great for the first 3 years. Most recently, when I requested an alarm system to be installed in the home, which JP recommended, he sent his team to handle the install. A communications module was misssing and had to be ordered. I tried to get status of this for over 4 months and he did not return my calls. Neither did his technicians. Subscriptions for services he was handled expired and when I asked for the status, still no return calls. I finally left him a message telling him if he no longer wanted to perform the services on my home, it was fine to simply let me know. Still no response. I indentified another reputable vendor who came in and took over the system. There was a password we needed which Titan used to get into our systems. We called and asked for that password and he would not reply. The vendor and their company lead also tried to reach JP to get the password and he again would not respond. We spent close to $60,000 with Titan and it would seem that I was entitled to have the password to my system. I would steer clear of Titan as they start off great, but as time goes on they seem to be less and less responsive and then just simply fall off the face of the earth.”
