When I first called, I left a voicemail and Leo promptly returned my call and gave me an accurate estimated time of when he would arrive. When in route, he let me know his specific arrival time. Once here, he performed a thorough diagnostic inside and outside, explaining the steps to me and answering all my questions. When it came to solutions, he was very clear and complete his explanations, and it was also evident he was not trying to upsell me on products I did not want or need. I wish there were more people like Leo. Technically competent, professional, courteous, intelligent, and dependable.
