“I had a great experience with Dion Elvenia, my tech and Bell AC the Co. today was the hottest day of the year I think 115. Dion arrived promptly with a smile, it was around 6pm. “Josh came to our house to give us an estimate for replacing our AC unit. His price for a Trane was significantly lower than the estimate for an American Std that we were about to go with from another company. He was friendly, thorough, straightforward, and patient as I asked all my questions. He and McKenna in the office, were extremely helpful as we ironed out all of the specific requirements our HOA was asking for. They could not have been more accommodating with all of that. Derek and Gustavo were so great on installation day and were here for about 5 hours before then helping us set up WiFi access on our new thermostat- which in itself could not have been easy considering who they were dealing with. Josh came 2 days later to do the post installation inspection and was available for all”

“Joey and Aaron were at my house from 9 AM to 5 PM. I don’t know which one Joey or Aaron put in the AC thermostat on the wall, but they wired it in backwards which made the motor not turn on so had to get a different motor to put in and had to order me a new motor, but when Jeremy came excellent man, he found out that they wired it wrong and there was nothing wrong with my Motor… also, I was told that they had to me Build a metal cage to hold the AC so they had to send the crane away and then rescheduled it again when the middle cage got built and to beat all that ,they left the water bottles all over the place by the breaker box out front of my house behind my house I haven’t been up on the roof yet, but I am going to check it out. Make sure there’s no damage up there. Needless to say. It”

“I appreciated the time Gavin took to explain things. He was certainly knowledgeable. The reason I did not give a 5. Was other advertising showed they vac the bottom of.condenser. While I appreciate Gavin explain the process he stated the debris in bottom did matter til it got higher. He explained that it is harder since Trane died not have sides removable. I will do it. But it’s sad I spent more to go with bell and then got less Of course I paid the amount quoted. I do not know if that would have been true with other company. Not related to Gavin. Still up swtbthst I misread warrantybyransgrt and then was after 90 days Trane would not make exception. Even though Gavin was here to verify working order.”
