“3 month update: Sadly reducing my rating after this company refused to call me back when asking them to provide a statement regarding work they performed on my behalf with the renovation company they dispatched during my water emergency. I even called to ask what the warranty on the plumbing work was, and they won't call back after 3 voicemails and text messages. For awareness, if they dispatch Adams D&R to your home, research the google reviews first and don't sign a contract with them without reading everything thoroughly and when they are in your home you MUST watch everything. With the lack of response from Master Plumbing, it seems to me they must support the business practices of Adams D&R and likely receive a kickback for working with them on emergency responses.
