King Charles Plumbing & Air Conditioning

King Charles Plumbing & Air Conditioning runs its operation from Surprise, Texas, where the focus stays on HVAC work for houses in the area. The crew manages air conditioning and heating systems that face long stretches of extreme heat plus the occasional winter chill that hits the region. Homeowners there often deal with units pushed hard by the weather, leading to calls when comfort drops. Based right in town, the company takes on the full range of cooling and heating needs that keep daily life steady through the seasons without unnecessary delays or complications from distant outfits.

In Surprise the summer heat puts constant pressure on air conditioners, so the team handles repairs when compressors fail or airflow drops, along with full installations of new systems and regular tune-ups that catch issues early. They also cover furnace work and heat pump service when colder days arrive, checking ducts and controls to restore proper function fast. Local conditions mean filters clog quicker from dust and homeowners see higher bills if maintenance slips, which is why these crews show up prepared with the right parts and tools to finish jobs on the spot rather than leaving systems down for days.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real use, responses come quick when breakdowns hit, and pricing stays clear without added surprises on the bill. Communication stays direct from the first call through completion, and the quality of the fixes means fewer repeat problems even after heavy summer runs. That consistent performance across speed, quality, price, and updates builds the strong record they carry. DIRT Score 4.98 from 676 reviews on Finds.

“We woke up at 3 am to a loud bang outside which clearly came from our a/c - even worse than the timing was that it was during a run of 100+ degree days! Because we had had great 5 star service with King Charles installing our mini split I contacted Ryan and he arranged for one of his technicians to come out that same afternoon. It was diagnosed promptly as the compressor. They quickly found a replacement and by late the next afternoon we had a/c cooling our home again! I highly recommend Ryan and his crew!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about King Charles Plumbing and Air Conditioning. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, the entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure or upselling. The quality of the work was excellent, the pricing was fair, and they treated my home with respect. It’s hard to find companies these days that genuinely care about their customers, but King Charles earned my trust through their honesty, communication, and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a plumbing and air conditioning company that shows up when they say they will, does quality work, and stands behind what they do, I highly recommend King ”
