Sanders Plumbing Heating & A/C
HVAC Contractor · Swisher County, TX
About
Sanders Plumbing Heating & A/C operates out of Swisher County, Texas, where they handle HVAC work along with heating and plumbing repairs for area homes. The company carries a family background in the trades that stretches back decades, with relatives earning their licenses in the 1950s and continuing that line of work through brothers like James and Eddie Sanders. Homeowners in this part of Texas often deal with harsh weather that stresses systems, and the crew shows up to address those HVAC and related issues directly without extra layers of management.
They handle jobs such as stopping basement leaks that turn into ceiling damage when left unchecked, with technician Johna arriving to locate the source and complete the repair before further problems develop. Other calls involve full house plumbing setups, sewer line fixes on old clay pipe, and attempts to connect fixtures like showers and bathroom sinks to the main lines. Crews have been called out for drainage problems where lines were reduced in size incorrectly or lacked proper slope, causing water to flow back toward the house, and for clearing sewage lines that were left unfinished after initial agreements.
Feedback shows some customers appreciate the quick arrival and straightforward fixes during urgent leaks, while others point out incomplete connections and pipe work that required follow-up. These patterns across jobs produce an average rating that reflects both the reliable emergency responses and the occasional shortfalls in full project execution. What Customers Say
“Started with a small basement leak… ended with the ceiling falling in while we were out of town. Sanders Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC showed up, found the problem fast, and fixed it before things got even more dramatic. Super thankful and would absolutely call them again! Thanks Johnathan and Levi for always taking care of us!!”
“We hired this plumbing company and paid them to complete all the plumbing for our house. Once they told us the work was done, we discovered that they never connected the shower or bathroom sink to the sewage system, and they didn’t clean out the sewage lines as agreed. When we brought it to their attention, they admitted it wasn’t done and promised to come back “another time.” Four months passed, during which we made constant calls for updates. Finally, they told us to hire someone else because they were busy with a “big project” and didn’t know when they’d be available again. This was work that was supposed to be completed as part of the original job we paid for. Unprofessional, unreliable, and unwilling to finish the job they were contracted and paid to do. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.”
“Worst plumbers. They did not replace the broken clay pipe on sewer line. They reduced the line from 4inch pvc to 3inch, back to 4 inch, booted to broken clay pipe. They also did not slope the pipe. The water drained towards the house when they were done. They also threw all the scrap pipe back into the ditch. Lazy, non-professional, and bad quality people. Total cost to replace 105 foot of sewer line, $3500. Do not call these people for plumbing needs.”
“My father got his plumbing license in 1950. He helped his younger brother's James and Eddie Sanders get their license. I'm proud to be a small part of this family heritage! ❤”
“Waiting for a response back from them regarding a sink hole that their crew caused in my backyard after other issues we had through the whole project. If they stand by their work and make the situation right I will update my review. If not I will update it with my lawyers info.”
