He propped it up, blew the drain hose clear, and put everything back to how it should be. He then checked the roof and did more maintenance there. He had the system up and running in less than 45 minutes, including a complete inspection. He was professional and extremely courteous. There were no sales pitch or high pressure to upgrade.
