About

Collins Comfort Masters handles HVAC work for homeowners in Tempe, Texas. They focus on keeping homes comfortable through the extreme heat that hits the area during summer months and the occasional cold snaps in winter. Based locally, the company takes on air conditioning repairs and installations along with heating system checks when the weather turns cooler. Their crews deal with the dust and high temperatures that put extra strain on equipment in this part of Texas. Homeowners call them when units break down or need regular upkeep to avoid bigger problems later on. The local conditions mean systems run hard for much of the year, so steady maintenance becomes a practical step to prevent sudden failures during peak demand.

Technicians from Collins Comfort Masters perform air conditioning repairs on units that stop cooling properly, handle full installations for new builds or replacements, and carry out routine maintenance visits to clean coils and check refrigerant levels. They also work on mini split systems for homes without traditional ductwork, clean ducts to improve airflow in dusty environments, and address heat pump issues when efficiency drops. In Tempe the summer heat often forces quick responses to keep indoor temperatures livable, and crews show up with the parts and tools needed to finish jobs without multiple trips. Homeowners in the area face frequent breakdowns from constant use and blowing dust, so these crews focus on getting equipment running again the same day when possible and testing everything before they leave the property.

Customers keep coming back because the crews show up on time, explain what needs fixing in plain terms, and complete the work without surprise costs. Reviews highlight fast responses during heat waves, solid quality on both repairs and new installs, and prices that stay reasonable compared to other outfits in the region. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final walkthrough, and the volume of feedback shows consistent performance across speed, workmanship, and value. What Customers Say

“I recently had my six-month service completed on my reverse osmosis system, and I want to recognize that the technician who came out did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the work efficiently. The service itself was exactly what I expect. For context, I have been a customer of this company for well over 25 years. The reverse osmosis system currently in my home is actually the third generation unit they have installed for me over the years, and the service technicians have consistently been knowledgeable and professional. However, about a week before this most recent service appointment, I received a notice that the price of my annual service contract would be increasing by 37.98%. That is a fairly substantial jump. In fairness to the company, they”

“We recently had a water softener presentation from Collins Comfort, and we were thoroughly impressed. Our sales representative, Tyrel Potter, was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about water quality issues. Instead of a high-pressure sales pitch, Tyrel gave us an educational and eye-opening demonstration. He tested our water on the spot, clearly explained what the results meant, and showed us exactly how a water softener would benefit our home and appliances. He answered all of our questions with patience and honesty. If you are considering a water treatment system, we highly recommend Collins Comfort. Be sure to ask for Tyrel Potter if you want an informative, stress-free, and top-tier experience!”

“Jeremy was courteous, knowledgeable, honest and thorough while improving our RO system. Glad I had Collins come out. Their A/C tech will be coming out next week as well to do a system check up.”

“Had to drop our score down to a one star because of Ty the water guy. He sold us an idea of following through and keeping promises but failed to keep those promises. Overall, the system is working great. However, I asked about alkaline water for our drinking water. That's what I already had and I told Ty this on the day he came to our consultation. He told me that he be able to get us the alkaline attachment and comp it as a customer complaint issue. When I followed up on that he was very avoidant and acted as if he didn't remember telling me that. He then told me to follow up with him after our 30-day follow-up appointment, which he was late to by the way, the day that he was supposed to originally come he completely ghosted me didn't show up and had to reschedule and then blamed it on hi”

“We had our air conditioning units (2 Lennox 5 Ton Elite Series units) replaced by Collins Comfort Masters. The team- Jared, Taylor, Silvano, Garrett, and Jamahl worked diligently throughout the day and was able to replace our units in a very professional and efficient manner. The team was directed by Daryl in planning and setting up the best possible solution for a not so easy installation and setup. We were pleased with the work and the results this thoughtful team was able to do. Many thanks to Collins Comfort Masters !”

“Aaron arrived on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He makes suggestions and explains why something needs to be replaced in your home for air conditioning services in simple terms. He has done work for me before and his quality of work is impressive. I use the plan with Collins Comfort, which is very affordable,. He checks to make sure your system is ready for the Arizona summer heat. This gives me peace of mind for our family. Thank-you Collins Confirt and Aaron.”

“We purchased two brand-new A/C systems from Collins Comfort Masters. Three years later, we signed up for their maintenance plan because we wanted to protect our investment. The technician spent only about 15 minutes servicing both units before leaving. A proper maintenance visit for two HVAC systems should include inspecting and cleaning the condensate drain lines, checking the drain pans, measuring refrigerant pressures, inspecting electrical components, testing system performance, and much more. There is simply no way all of that was completed in 15 minutes. Shortly after the visit, both our upstairs and downstairs flooded due to water coming from the HVAC systems. We had never experienced this problem before their maintenance visit. We were left placing bowls and towels throughout our”

“Mario and Ammon were incredibly professional during my installation today. They were accommodating of my work-from-home schedule and made the whole process seamless. My dogs were big fans too — always a good sign. Highly recommend!”

“Joshua was fantastic and listened to our questions; providing us with several options that work with our budget and need. We appreciate all the time you put in to take care of us. The installers worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done and our air working again. As promised, right after the install was completed, the folks who had to take away the debris arrived promptly and cleaned up the area; leaving nothing behind. This is the 2nd time we've used Collins Comfort. Both experiences live up to expectations!”

“The visit was for maintenance on 2 AC ground units. Service man found one run capacitor running too high and the other running too low. Both were replaced as recommended. Company representative seemed experienced and explained what he found and the solution. Only negative is one of the units was not put back together completely, one screw on the ground and a gap in the housing.”
