“If you don’t read this all the way through, I suggest you go look at their yelp reviews for a better rating on this company. I have hesitated writing a review for this company with fear of further cooperation and communication issues. I had FACT install a brand new Bosch unit and an allstyle air handler 3 years ago. Long story very short, I have had issues with it from the start, never cooling quite effectively and actually creating humidity levels of 60% sometimes IN THE DRY DESERT. Last summer it was intermittently blowing 90 degree air!! They have been out over 15 times over the last 3 summers and still cannot figure out the issue. They seem to tinker with the same settings expecting a different outcome each time. They slowly started to be less and less communicative and cooperative. I”

“Well had no problems with these guys for 2 years. Things were great. I signed up for the service contract they had and I yearly inspection was included in that package. I went to call and schedule for a yearly check up and was meet with we are not doing that right now and don’t know when we will be doing so, but can come for other issues. I canceled my contract and have been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks no since thy are not honoring what was sold. Have called multiple times, now when I call they say “Andrew hasn’t called you yet” and my answer is always no. They are avoiding responsibility and will not make things right. I feel bad for anyone who signed up for that same service contract. They are just stealing money from people at this point.”
