“Zach Richards came today for my regular AC checkup. What a nice young man. Very professional and polite and caring. I have never been very impressed with any of the checks before today, tech was always done in 30 minutes with very little explaining of results. Zach took pictures of everything and showed ratings of the efficiency of my unit. He also changed the return filters for me. I think that you should have Zach give your other techs a few pointers on though unit checks and how to relate all findings good along with suggestions with no pressure to customer. I always want ZACH to perform my AC check ups.”
