“Appreciated having the Air Scrubber installed today. Chris was very focus oriented and Hunter was able to quickly answer all my many questions without hesitation. Two super nice guys! We akso had the air ducts, vents, and the dryer duct cleaned by Javier. Did a fantastic, thorough job and cleaned up the floors better than I expected. I liked how the dust was mostly contained by plastic hanging around Javier while working in the ducts. See photo.”

“We called at 6 am this morning as our AC went out in the night and an appointment was scheduled between 12 and 4. By 3, we had not heard anything and started to get concerned. We called to confirm someone was coming and we were informed that our technician had not moved. It is 100 degrees today and had we not called, no one would have shown up. Supposedly someone is showing up soon now. Are you serious? We pay a monthly service fee and this is what we get? It’s summer in AZ. You guys need to be more responsible as a company with appointments and emergencies. Absolutely ridiculous. No stars. Would not recommend.”

“Service experts? More like service disaster. Same story as many others. I was a customer of Hays Heating and Cooling who I was very happy with. This disaster of a company bought them. The first time they came out they tried to sell me on $5000 worth of upgrades on 2 brand new trane systems less than 1 year old that Hays put in. Then, the 2nd time they were scheduled to come to do standard maintenance, they called at the day/time of the appointment saying they needed to reschedule. The appointment was made months in advance. You should look elsewhere. This company just feels shady based on my dealings with them. They clearly dont value their customers time, and all they do is try to upsell under the guise of a service call.”
