“I have had multiple experiences with SMW, & have been extremely pleased with their service. I had first contacted them at night in the peak of summer when my AC went out, as recommended to me by the person I purchased my house from. The account was in the previous owner's name. SMW very generously offered to transfer the account to my name with the permission of the previous owner. The tech guided me over the phone, so I could temporarily fix the problem to get through the night, without being charged an additional fee for him to come out outside of working hours. I was not charged a penny for the work that was done the next day. Following that, my AC was serviced regularly with no additional charge. When the contract expired, I agreed to renew the contract, as I found it was very reasonab”

“I have had a maintenance contract with SMW refrigeration for many years and I’ve never been disappointed. Unfortunately, my old air conditioner became too expensive to repair and I decided to buy a new one. Besides my known track record with SMW, I also checked their status on the Better Business Bureau and they are rated A+ and with one of their suppliers who said they are a very good and reputable firm. The bid I got from them was not the lowest, but not the highest either, and they threw in several perks such as an extended maintenance contract. So, I purchased a new split system from them and we are very happy with everything including the installation. Avoid the big name HVAC companies that do sleazy sales tactics and service plans like some used car dealership. Work with SMW instead and you will see pretty quickly that they run their business different than other companies. “I recently had SMW Refrigeration out for a spring tune-up on our two AC units and attic air handlers, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Nate did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was incredibly meticulous, taking the time to foam clean the coils and thoroughly test every electrical component to ensure everything was running perfectly. “I have positive experience with the technician who maintained HVAC system as well as AC system. I was informed that I needed to replace the air scrubber that cost me pricey. I was upset but found out that the bulb is under the warranty so it will be replaced. My advice to any customers to consider air scrubber REME brand to consider have 2nd thought as it is not durable product. It is getting expensive to replace every 3-4 years. Not worthy to invest. Better quality of filter may take care of this matter that has nothing to do with the SMW's quality of service.”

“JoJo & Jose are awesome! Talk about above and beyond these 2 guys did a fantastic job on a full replacement of our upstairs unit. They were super friendly and right on time. One example of above and beyond while they were taking unit apart outside. JoJo noticed my disconnect was loose on wall. He took it upon himself to screw it tight to wall and even put silicone around it to prevent water leaking inside wall. I Didn't even have to ask him. They also put down tarps over carpet on walking paths to unit upstairs. They vacuumed work areas and even my vent covers when they completed install. They also checked all vents upstairs while new unit was running to make sure they were reaching correct temperature. It was a pleasure to buy them lunch for there hard and expertise work.
