“I just purchased a new home at Sterling Meadows in Salado. Green Solutions can out to do all my irrigation and sod on 1/2 acre. The did my trees and brushes around my home. They did an amazing job and could not be happier with all their services. The whole team was polite and friendly.”

“Before my neighbor's home was built my irrigation ran smoothly. As soon as their home was built and green solutions installed their sprinkler system is when problems occurred. When I turned on my sprinkler system there was a huge leak in my neighbor's lawn. I contacted the builder foreman who gave me green solutions contact information. Spoke with a gentleman at green solutions who has the most annoying voice ever, and he stated someone will be out to look at the issue. Someone came out and notice a line was broke and capped the line. Fast forward to several weeks, I notice a specific zone in my yard not getting water. Called green solutions over several months to get someone to look into the matter more, only to get lied to by that same annoying voice guy. I hired someone on my own which cost me 500.00 to fix green solutions damage. When they installed my neighbor's system they broke my pipe which explained the water leak as you see in the first picture. The second picture shows where they capped off my line and where it supposed to be connected under my neighbor's line. These people are a joke, find a more reputable company to do quality work and you'll be thankful in the end.”

“This company installed our sprinkler system late April 2021. They completed a covered repair in March (2022) but it wasn't successful and we were told they would contact us to schedule another service. We never heard from them again. The phone goes unaswered during business hours, and they don't respond to voice messages or emails. The system is warranteed for two years so we don't want to tamper with it or have another company do so as that would void the warranty. Unfortunately, customer service here has not been the best. * Update 2025. We never heard from Green Solutions again. I assume they decided, even though the repair was covered, they could just let the warranty expire and be done with it. We had another company complete the repair sometime that same year. In 2023 the hits kept going. We realized that the tree they'd planted in our yard was infested with Oak Gall Wasps. I'd began seeing wooden galls on the tree within the first year but hadn't realize what they were. Reviews are mixed but this was my experience. As they say, a broken clock is right twice a day.”

“They had some working doing a sprinkler system in the house behind mine and one of the works was antagonizing one of my dogs so there workers don't care about other people things or the well-being of peoples animals this is unacceptable”

“I called several times to request a maintenance check on my system. (That they installed). I wanted someone to check the spray direction, set the timers , and basically show me how to winterize the shut off system by turning the valves. Well the person answering the phone was very reluctant to make an appointment .. telling me I could do it myself. (Not knowing my physical condition). When I said. Let’s just fast forward and make an appointment he TOLD me that my tone was not necessary and he doesn’t have to listen to that … he then proceeded to make an appointment. ….i visioned him “air writing the request” and I was correct. After waiting all day. It was a no show! So .. the bottom line is … find someone else. Not worth the aggravation. There are waaaay too many sprinkler companies out there with better attitudes and customer service. Did I call back and try to talk to them? Absolutely not. They didn’t have the courtesy to call me about not keeping the appointment .. so why would I call them. I hope they use the recorded line system… my call was made on 3-11-25 at 3:11pm and 3-18-25.
