“Need them to look at my A/C the sons who came out were great however the Father was very rude and started yelling at me over the phone when I called to ask a question about my bill. He even suggested that I did not want to pay and hardly even let me talk as he continued yelling at at the top of his lungs… finally a female took over the conversation and still didn’t even apologize after he almost had me in tears and i could finally speak an ask my questions and settle the bill.. Needless to say i have never nor will i ever do business with them ever again not will i ever recommend them to anyone. I originally reached out to them since everyone gave great reviews and were recommended.. why a big joke they turned out to be very disappointed and my A/C did not even get fixed I had to call someone else..”
