The installation went just as smooth. Any questions I asked were answered to my satisfaction, Alex explained to me some of the safety components that are built into the unit due to the type of refrigerant used. The solder work is pretty clean. I was told about warning signs that would require a return visit i.e. lines iced over, unit rattling etc. The guys were very approachable, and pleasant to work with. Another key issue is they did not leave a mess, very important. I am very happy with the work done, spoke with Alex about replacing the second set of heating A/C equipment down the road.”

Alex answered, listened to my description of the problem and said he could get to us that day. He even shuffled his schedule to help us as we had an appointment we couldn't miss. Alex and his team were very respectful, honest and fair. We were given options and an estimate. The motor had to be replaced so it took a couple days but, right on schedule they came and repaired the unit. Heat never felt so good.🙂 We had them inspect other issues and will be having them come back to do more work, that's how much we appreciate Howdy Heating and Air.
