He even didn't get upset when I pointed in the manual for the new thermostat how to make it work after he professed it to be incompatible with our system. The actual repair was for a broken contactor on the condenser unit and a blown fuse on the furnace motherboard, and Terry diagnosed and repaired it as fast or faster than I've ever seen before. This business should use this guy to train the noobs.”
