My HVAC guy ghosted us completely after we spent $13K with him for a new system just three years ago. So I called Lone Star. These guys called back immediately. More importantly, there was a tech at my door less than an hour later, at 10 pm on a Sunday night, during a heat wave. Not only did he get our AC running again in short order, they didn’t jack up the price on the way out the door for it being an emergency visit. Highly recommend.”

“To start we had to call them Sunday and Caden was out within 30min. Although he could not permanently fix it, he got running until Tuesday and very nice and polite. He explained that there was a Freon leak and someone would be out Tuesday. Colby, which always takes great care us came and diagnosed the leak in the coils and explained it wasn’t fixable and we would need a new unit. He sat with me and showed me all the options and explained each one and we decided which was best. The unit was in stock, so Caden and someone else came and got it installed 1st thing this morning and very nice and professional. Cleaned up everything. Katie in the office was helpful with getting us financed versus using a credit card and save a lot in interest!! We just love everyone and would not have any”

“OMG! Colby and Jack did a wonderful job on my mini split units! The contractor that had installed these units, did not know what he was doing! They found the drain pipe in one unit, other units needed to be rewired and one unit drained water the wrong way and I had water leaking onto my floor! PTL I found them! I would recommend them to anyone! My daughter had used them awhile back and she also was very happy with the job Colby did! 🌻”
