“I was having problems with my A/C in the attic. A friend referred me to SOS Heating and Cooling. I was not sure what to expect because so many companies overcharge you and sometimes I believe they add on other items. I am very happy with the service I received on today. The owner Sherman came by and quickly fixed the problem. Normally, the cost would have been very high with the other companies, but SOS Heating and Cooling price was so good I tipped him $65 dollars. I greatly appreciate your professionalism and your concern for my air conditioning unit. Thank you God for sending this company to my home. You (your company) will be my A/C man.😄”

“Do not use. Our warranty company referred SOS heating to come out to service our ac. SOS gave us a time of 11am-3pm. Which to me is entirely too long of a gap to wait. At 3:30 we were told 4. At 4 we were told in an hour. Never heard back until 7pm. At that time we were told he would arrive in 20 minutes and “be quick”. We waited until 7:40pm. It has been 24 hours since then and no one ever showed up. No one contacted us to say anything. My husband and I are suffering in heat with the thermostat reading 91 degrees. My poor dog is suffering as well. To add insult to injury, we missed a double date and the entire beginning of our movie for a date later. Wasted an entire day. I am extremely disappointed with this company and its unprofessional employee. There is no reason we should have to chase down SOS for updates. Our experience has been a nightmare especially given the sweltering heat we have been enduring. The frustration, discomfort, and poor service was unacceptable. They were dismissive and unhelpful. I strongly advise look elsewhere for a ac company. Save yourself the trouble.”

“Called Them for some heater issues late night on a Sunday and Sherman still took my call and proceeded with the repair. Some other techs arrived after 2 days and told me it was the Thermostat and even said the unit was old even when SOS replace it next day morning.”
