“We paid Crossway Mechanical over $40,000 to correct serious HVAC airflow and performance issues after their initial system evaluation. We were promised third-party commissioning/testing, but that documentation was never provided despite repeated requests. Even after the work was completed, both systems continued operating outside the manufacturer’s recommended TESP limits. We later experienced a major system failure during a freeze event and had to pay for additional repairs after another technician identified installation and wiring issues. Communication stopped before the problems were resolved. For the amount we spent, the results and follow-through were extremely disappointing.”

He informed me that the compressor was bad. Rather than ask for another tech from company A, we decided to get a second opinion. After some research we called Crossway. I spoke with Ray and candidly told him we were seeking a second opinion. He scheduled us for 3/12. Two techs arrived as scheduled and did a thorough evaluation.
