“I called them because I needed a new company. WOW! What an experience! Doug showed up within hours and fixed my problem within 15 minutes! I called Sunday (parts places closed, not an issue), and he was out on Monday early morning. Instead of the regular garbage about needing a new fan motor or other part, he diagnosed the problem as a clogged pan in the attic within minutes. He was dressed professionally and fixed my clogged pan in minutes. Not only that, he showed me how to maintain it myself. I will recommend Doug and his company to all my friends and coworkers from now on. Anyone who reads this? What are you waiting on? Dk you WANT to be overcharged for parts you don’t need???”

“Our AC was out for almost 2 weeks. My husband was going round and round with the AC company that we purchased our unit from, as well as our home warranty company, both in which didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency about our house being 87 degrees! One was claiming that they didn’t have any available techs to come out until the end of the month (which would’ve put us at 3 weeks with no AC), and the other was claiming issues with getting the part. Out of desperation, I posted a request for help on our neighborhood Facebook page and Doug responded almost immediately!
