“Such a great experience. Thorough and explained that I could understand what was needed. This visit was for a second opinion and was surprise to find out that first company didn’t do all that was needed in their maintenance inspection. Would highlyrecommend Rafael Tapia with ACS. Did decide on a part replacement one that the other company did not suggest plus cleaned the coils and replaced air filter also which the other company didn’t do…thanks Rafael”

“This was a very disappointing experience. I was contacted by ACS and asked to have my HVAC system serviced for 29$. They said it included filters being changed and all related equipment being checked. They did not have the filters with them and said they would be delivered on a separate subsequent visit. What I received was a many page report, telling me that my seven year old system , which I have never had a problem with, and which has been serviced twice a year for the past six years, needed over four thousand dollars of work. Shocked, I had another company come and give me a second opinion. They said all equipment was functioning well and was within normal limits. You decide.”

He claimed my AC was installed backwards because the access did not face the attic access point. Believe me, there is plenty of room to work up in my attic. Unless you have a cookie cutter house, do not call this company.”
