“When S&S retired I wasn’t aware that Air Excellence took over. As a result I ran the gamut of local large HVAC companies. It was a nightmare. I was sold things I didn’t need and that were too expensive for my older unit. When I learned about Air Excellence, I couldn’t change over fast enough. They are thorough, honest and scheduling is a breeze. Every technician has been courteous and explained things in layman’s terms. A smaller company and family owned makes all the difference. “I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Air Excellence. They’ve come out multiple times for the exact same issue, charged me every visit, and the problem still isn’t fixed. Each time, I was told the repair would solve it, only for the AC to stop working properly again shortly after. This has gone on since 2023. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability. Instead of properly diagnosing the root problem, they seem more interested in collecting another service fee and repeating temporary fixes. I’ve spent a significant amount of money with nothing to show for it except more inconvenience, more appointments, and more frustration. I expected professional service and honest communication, but this experience has felt like a cycle of repeat charges without any real result”
