“We discovered a water leak in our water meter box by the curb the day after Memorial Day. We were scheduled to have a technician come out the next day between noon and 2pm. I received a call and text around 10 am saying that they could send someone over earlier if we were home and available! I was blown away to have someone here before 11am! Jose was courteous and professional. He explained the problem and then the solution thoroughly. He reassured me that he could repair it and have my water back on in a short amount of time.
