Brenovations HVAC LLC

Brenovations HVAC LLC works out of Tucson, TX handling heating and cooling needs for houses and businesses across the region. Their focus stays on air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and both residential and commercial setups including mini splits along with VRF systems. Local weather swings hit hard with long stretches of heat followed by sudden cold fronts that push equipment past its limits and leave homeowners dealing with breakdowns at the worst times. Crews here know how to keep systems running through those conditions without extra layers of talk or delays.

They take on furnace repairs and installations, air conditioning tune ups, heat pump fixes, duct cleaning for better indoor air quality, and full commercial HVAC jobs on bigger properties. When a unit stops cooling or a furnace quits during a freeze, they show up to diagnose the issue on site, replace worn parts, or put in new equipment that fits the home or building layout. Homeowners call in for estimates on new installs or quick service runs, and the team handles both the small repairs like coil cleaning and the larger jobs such as swapping out entire systems to restore comfort fast.

Homeowners in Tucson, TX face constant dust buildup and temperature extremes that wear down HVAC units quicker than in milder spots, so steady performance on repairs and installs builds real trust over time. Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under daily use, pricing stays straightforward without surprises, and the crew communicates clearly about what needs fixing and how long it will take. That record of handling common local problems like clogged ducts or failing heat pumps adds up to strong results across the board. DIRT Score 4.7 from 476 reviews on Finds.

“Brenovations HVAC LLC, came highly recommended from my sister who has used them for AC maintenance for years. I am so pleased that I called Brenovations for my air conditioner. Derek was the technician assigned to my house and he was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. Upon inspection it was determined that I was going to need a new outflow motor installed but before any work was done or parts ordered it was researched by his team (Angel-office support) and they were able to contact the manufacturer and get a heavy discount applied because it was still under warranty. I’m am so grateful to Derek and his team, their fast and efficient work had my AC up and going the same day. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Brenovations HVAC LLC for any HVAC needs you might be considerin”

“Wow I cannot say enough about the quality efficiency and professionalism that Brendan and Derek displayed installing our mini splits. Call me a cynic but when they said two days I just prepared myself for longer because usually things go awry and we have an old adobe house. Nope, they were so quick! I could tell this wasn’t their first rodeo. I just left them to their skill and in two days, as they said, the splits were up and running. Such a worthwhile investment! Not to mention they are noiseless. I highly recommend making the switch if you’re thinking about, and I highly recommend going with Brendan and his company. They were great to work with, so reasonable for what we received, and down to earth on top of it.”

“When our old HVAC system kept giving us problems. Our home warranty company would dispatch this company and I have not had any bad issues out of the four people I’ve met. They were honest, straightforward and very agreeable to deal with us. They recommended that we replace our old unit inside and out, and we went with a recommendation, and they spent one whole entire day installing our new system, which we love and are very happy with. They were very nice gentleman to talk to cleaned up well behind themselves, presented themselves very professionally and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. Who is your HVAC needs they also offer some pretty cool deals, if you sign up for some of their programs, though, I cannot remember their names due to my failing memory just because it’s early ”

“Will and his team did a magnificent job. They went above and beyond. They were great to work with and very professional. They even repaired a cover for entry to my ducts and vents. They also added a shut off valve and put flashing around and underneath the unit to keep out critters. Mine is the best on the block now. Also a new thermostat. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Service was great! They were so quick to respond even in a heat advisory. Super thorough, just like last time they came out for the furnace. They made it happen quick, kept me informed and before you know it we were back up and running. Thank goodness! Updating this based on more service! Brendan and his team are great to work with, from the office to the techs, they are awesome.”

“My AC wasn’t working and I had family coming into town. Brendan responded on the same day I called. He ordered a part and had my system up and running in a few hours. Unfortunately the system had too many things wrong with it. Brendan installed a new HVAC system in record time! He is hard working , honest, and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was happening. Brenovations is the only company I will call in the future to service my HVAC.”

“Brendan did an excellent job of installing mini splits. The work was done on schedule for a great price.”

“I am consistently impressed when doing business with Brenovations - their Team is friendly, responsive/timely/efficient, and professional. Brendan, Ruben, and Junior replaced/removed my old air handler and condenser units, and replaced them with a PRO, state of the art Samsung system, including a quiet air handler and condenser, plus two heating/cooling heads (the one in the kitchen is great!). After getting four quotes for installation, Brenovations provided the best price for equipment received (customer service is priceless!) - I was pleased by this outcome because I was hoping to keep my business with them. Jesse, Sara, and Angel have been fantastic with timely scheduling (important when your AC goes down in the middle of Summer!), and providing important status updates. They are alw”

“Highly recommend! Our AC went out during a long 4th of July weekend, which was very hot. We contacted our home warranty company and were randomly assigned Brenovation. From the start, their customer service was excellent. The representative we spoke with was empathetic, patient, and genuinely understanding of our situation. When the technician, Brendon, arrived, he was professional, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, and he performed the repair efficiently and flawlessly. It is clear he takes pride in his work.”
