“Called them out to help get AC up and running. After 3 visits and $235 I was told the Evap coil and compressor needed to be replaced costing $2,574 for the job. So we put the deposit down to order the parts while we continued to have no AC for now 4 days with a 1 year old in the house..FYI they left the system dry (no refrigerant). A friend referred someone to come and give us a second opinion on pricing so we did just that.. The solution was the system needed to be vacuumed out and properly filled with refrigerant. After that was done on Sunday we have had ice cold AC with no issues. What would’ve costed $2,574 ended up being a $900 job. The difference between the 2 is one has overhead and commission the other cares about the people. I work in sales leadership and the proper way to do bus”

If they show up at all, they don’t have the part to fix whatever the problem is and have to order it and come back another day. Eventually after the 9th visit by Chas Roberts in less than a year and HVAC is still blowing a fuse every other month, I got another company to do an inspection and they told me my HVAC is being held together by duct tape. When the duct tape falls off, the cold air escaped and the unit has to overwork to get to the temperature I want. They are a nightmare and I wouldn’t even go with them if they weren’t the contractor with Lennar. Don’t even think of buying the extended warranty with them unless you like sta”
