City Heating and Cooling LLC

City Heating and Cooling LLC works out of Tucson, TX as a straight HVAC outfit focused on keeping homes and businesses comfortable through the year. They handle emergency AC repair around the clock plus full installations, routine maintenance, and heating work on furnaces and heat pumps. Duct cleaning and air purifier setups round out what they offer for indoor air quality. Tucson summers hit hard with long stretches of extreme heat that wear down cooling units fast while winter nights can dip enough to test heating systems. Homeowners here count on crews that show up ready to diagnose problems on the spot and get systems running again without delays.

Their day to day covers AC installation for new builds or replacements, same day repairs on units that quit during peak heat, and scheduled maintenance visits that catch issues before they turn into breakdowns. Ductless mini split work shows up often for additions or spaces where central ducts do not reach, along with furnace repairs and heat pump checks when temperatures swing. Crews also install UV lights and clean ducts to cut down on dust and allergens that build up in dry conditions. They book jobs through the phone or online and keep trucks stocked for both quick fixes and bigger changeouts so one trip usually gets the job done.

Customers keep coming back because the work stays reliable and the pricing holds steady even on emergency calls. Speed matters when the inside temperature climbs past 90 degrees and they respond fast without pushing extra services. Quality shows in systems that hold up through the next season instead of needing repeat visits, and communication stays clear from the first call through the final check. That combination adds up across hundreds of jobs in a place where HVAC failures hit hard. DIRT Score 4.97 from 447 reviews on Finds.

“these guys are awesome. chris came out to helped us a few times. You know how it is calling around and just getting the runaround and getting different diagnosis. You could skeptical on who to trust out there, especially in this industry. Being that we manage and have a few rental properties, we kind of know our way around dealing with HVAC people. And I just wanted to say we absolutely love having Chris and enjoy the honesty and the Repairs and work because every time we have had them out it always fix the issue. It was very reasonable.”

“I am beyond grateful for this company. When we were in the processing of selling our home we needed some repairs done. They were quick and fast, after the contract fell thru, we canceled our repairs. The ladies were so understanding and respectful, after we got new buyers they were quick to fit us back on their schedule. When we had an unexpected repair they were quick to get someone over the SAME DAY!. Thank you CITY HEATING AND COOLING LLC for going above and beyond for Our family. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC repairs!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend City Heating and Cooling LLC Tonya and Chris are fantastic! We first used City Heating and Cooling at our previous home after the HVAC company that installed our system during a new build did a poor job. Within six months, we were already experiencing issues. The original installer came out but overcharged us for labor on repairs that should have been covered under warranty. About a year later, we began having additional problems and a friend recommended City Heating and Cooling because of their reputation for quality work. I’m glad they did. They came out quickly, accurately diagnosed the issues, performed excellent repairs, and were extremely responsive throughout the process. Their pricing was fair and transparent, which was a refreshing change from our previous”

“We had an excellent experience with City Heating and Cooling! They came out within an hour after we called, and had our system up and running within the next hour! They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us recommendations to keep things running smoothly. We see why they were so highly recommended and we were happy to support a local business!”

“There are not enough words to describe the incredible service this company provides! I won't go into all of the details, but they helped me when another company made a mess of my warranty! Chris came to my home and agreed with the other company that my coil needed replacement. Both the Tonya and Chris helped me get the part under warranty with their special talents!! It would be a mistake to go to any other heating and cooling company for your repairs or new unit. Their quotes were much lower than any other companies. They are prompt, kind, courteous and efficient. Thank you City Heating and Cooling for a job very well done!”

“THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! We dealt with a few other so-called reputable companies and not one of them gave us that warn fuzzy feeling like Tonya & Chris did. Bri, Jacob & Kaleb are just as wonderful. This is an awesome team I cannot speak highly enough of. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT DIDN'T TRY TO OVERSELL!! They are truly honest, trsnsparent, knowlegable, dependable, kind, caring, respectful, and more than capable providing you prompt, skilled, top-notch, quality service in every aspect, at every point! If you want a company that put your needs first and won’t pressure you into unnecessary upgrades, this is the team to call!”

“I was having an issue with a new mini split system and was getting no where with the original installer, so I called City to get a second opinion. I wish I had called them sooner! They came out the next day, diagnosed, and fixed the issue in under an hour. The owner and tech were super nice and efficient. We will be calling them with any future needs and projects. HIGHLY recommend!!”

“Wonderful crew. They installed a new HVac system to replace the original 19 year old system that suddenly failed. Financing was easy and reasonable pricing. Arrived 6:45 am and the system cooled off my house by the time they left at 12:45 pm. They work clean. Very pro and courteous too. I would highly recommend them.”

“City Heating and Cooling LLC is the best! Tonya was absolutely amazing to work with she was friendly, professional, and available whenever we had a question and made the whole process as easy as possible. The techs did an incredible job and got everything done fast without cutting corners. They were respectful, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They will for sure be the only company I call to have any future maintenance done to my A/C system. Highly recommend Tonya and her team to anyone needing heating or cooling work done! 10 out of 10!”
