Cool Willy’s Air & Plumbing

Cool Willy’s Air & Plumbing is a Tucson based outfit that takes care of HVAC needs for folks around the city. They concentrate on air conditioning and heating systems and throw in plumbing services when required. Operating in the area means they deal with the constant strain that extreme summer temperatures put on cooling equipment day after day. Homeowners often call them for new installations when building or upgrading and for fixes that keep things running without constant issues from dust and heat buildup common in the region. The crew knows how local conditions wear down units faster than in milder climates so they stay ready for the steady flow of calls that come in during the hottest months.

They handle AC repairs on compressors and coils that fail under heavy use along with full installations and replacements for homes that need updated systems. Maintenance visits include checking refrigerant levels cleaning filters and servicing mini splits for rooms that need separate control. Duct cleaning removes built up dirt that restricts airflow while smart thermostat work helps manage daily operation and energy use. On the heating side they repair furnaces and heat pumps during cooler periods and respond to emergency HVAC or plumbing calls around the clock. In Tucson where summer stretches can push equipment to its limit these services focus on quick turnaround so houses stay comfortable without long waits for parts or labor.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up and the crew shows up when promised without dragging things out. Feedback highlights fast response times on repairs solid lasting quality on installs and fair pricing that avoids surprise costs. Clear updates during jobs also stand out so homeowners know what is happening and when it will finish. The volume of reviews shows consistent results across speed quality and communication that add up over time. DIRT Score 4.86 from 1645 reviews on Finds.

“My experience started with Julian coming to my house for an estimate. We agreed on a price. That same day two workers showed up and started the job. 4 or 5 hours go by and I have a big hole in my front yard ( trying to find a sewer line) they could not find it. I was told by the worker they would come back the next day, but there would be a big price difference than what I agreed. I complained to there management. The next day Julian showed up with his scope to find the drain line. He found it at a depth of 5.5 ft. A couple of hours later there employee showed up and started digging. The worked dug to a depth of 5 ft or just a little more. The worker thought he had dug much deeper but he measured and was at 5ft or so. He called his office at that time to explain how the job was going”

“Tyler came out to give us an estimate and we were very pleased with the prices quoted. He was very professional and a great communicator. We ended up going with Cool Willy’s over 2 other companies we had quotes from. We had our new Air conditioning unit installed last week and we are very pleased. Our installation was done by Ryan and his partner and they were very respectful and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending Cool Willy’s to neighbors, friends and family.”

“The tech from Cool Willy's arrived on time with shoe protectors on. Noah spent about 15 minutes talking with me and moving from room to room to understand the issue with our one hot room. After that he did an inspection of our equipment including a trip up into the dreaded crawl space. Then we talked about the best way to move forward. Noah is awesome a real pro highly focused and clearly takes pride in his work. Easy to talk to and left us with a spotless cleanup. I'll continue to us Cool Will's for all my HVAC needs going forward.”

“Our AC stopped working on Saturday, July 4th. We have home warrenty and notified them immediately. Despite multiple calls to the warrenty company, by Monday we were still without AC. I called Cool Willy's and they assigned us to a tech, Zevin, and he arrived within 45 minutes. Zevin found the issue causing the AC to fail, and fixed it. He spent time checking on all parts of the unit(s), to assure that the issue had been found and fixed. He explained his work as he went. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and had our AC running in great time. Cool Willy's team, when I called, were very responsive and reassuring. Zevin was very thorough, diagnosing the issue and fixing it, but also reviewing the entire system to determine if there may be other issues. I highly recommend C”

“I had a great experience with Cool Willy’s Air Conditioning. Noah and Justin were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They were honest, respectful, and made sure the job was done right without cutting corners. It’s hard to find technicians who genuinely care about their work, and it definitely showed. I also want to thank Matt for everything he did behind the scenes. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was handled the right way. It’s clear that customer service is a priority for him. It’s not easy finding a company you can truly trust, but Cool Willy’s has definitely earned my business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing AC service or repairs.”

“I had a great experience with Cool Willy's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing today. I called around 5 PM on a hot Arizona summer day with no AC, and they were able to get someone out the very same evening. Zevin arrived around 7 PM, which was much faster than I expected. After dealing with other companies that only looked at my system and immediately tried to sell me a new unit, Zevin actually took the time to diagnose and repair the problem. He replaced a transmitter and a fuse and got my AC running again at little cost. He was professional, listened to my concerns, and treated me with respect throughout the entire visit. I know every situation is different, but this was my experience, and it was excellent. When the time comes to replace my system, Cool Willy's will definitely be at the top of ”

“Thank you Beau! and thank you to staff who quickly and professionally addressed our needs. We had a bad experience with a “ no show” service and were frustrated and HOT! We called on Cool Willy based on previous reviews. Beau arrived as promised and quickly determined issue, and actually checked entire system. He was both skilled and personable. We feel lucky to have found Cool Willy!”

“Noah and his team went above and beyond to not only to get an immediate fix, but rallied together to offer a longer term solution. Gave me some hope in a rough period of struggle. Noah got here amazingly fast and was not only the peak of professionalism, but also had great empathy for my situation. That goes to his support team as well. Noah was really enjoyable to work with. Honest in his assessments, and quick with meaningful tips and advice on how to move forward. All the best to Noah and the team at Cool Willy’s!”
