Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing - Tucson AZ

Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing works out of Tucson Arizona on HVAC systems and plumbing jobs. They serve neighborhoods across the city and surrounding areas like Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Marana and Green Valley. The outfit handles everything from basic repairs to full installations in homes that battle extreme summer heat and sudden monsoon downpours. Their crew shows up for AC issues that pop up when the desert sun beats down day after day and for water problems that follow heavy rains. Homeowners here count on them to keep systems running through long dry spells and the wet season that follows.

Goettl handles AC repair and replacement, heating fixes, full plumbing work, water softener installs and indoor air quality improvements. They run 24/7 emergency calls when a unit quits during a heat wave or a pipe bursts after a storm. The crew gives free estimates before any job starts and works on both routine maintenance and bigger replacements in older Tucson homes where dust and hard water take a toll. In this climate the heat load on cooling equipment stays high for months so technicians focus on quick diagnostics and parts swaps that get air moving again without dragging out the process.

Customers keep coming back because the work stays on schedule, the fixes hold up through the next season and the pricing stays straightforward without surprise add ons. Reviews point to fast response times even on weekends, solid quality on both HVAC and plumbing calls and clear updates from the technicians on site. That record of steady performance in tough desert conditions built their standing with local homeowners. DIRT Score 4.67 from 4888 reviews on Finds.

“My AC was installed by Francisco and Gerardo. They were the sweetest and most polite young men. They worked so hard, doing an excellent job and very attentive to details and explaining everything they were doing and educated me thoroughly on my AC thermostat. They assisted in the set up to wifi and my phone. I love it! Benton was extremely helpful with pricing and financing my new unit. My price was very satisfactory. Shane was prompt and polite. He evaluated my issues and answered my questions. Great team!!!! Thank you!”

“My experience with Goettl was AMAZING!! On Tuesday night we discovered a main line blockage in our plumbing. It was 7 o clock in the evening and all of the other plumbing companies we called that advertised to be 24 hours weren’t actually available. I finally reached out to Goettl and their automated system was so easy and perfect to use. The automated system scheduled for us to have a tech out within 1-2 hours which was extremely reasonable considering it was later and since most places i contacted prior couldn’t come until the next day. A live representative called me shortly after to confirm the issue as well as our need for services and said our tech would be out in an hour. Our tech was at our house in 30 minutes. We were also charged $0 for an initial visit to determine what was wron”

“We had a major plumbing issue and needed our pipes lined and repaired. The team at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing really came through for us. They worked with us on financing, which made it possible to get the repairs done when we needed them most. A huge thank you to Julian, Scott, Nick, and Jacob. They were professional, hardworking, respectful, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They spent two full days on the job and did excellent work getting our plumbing fixed. We truly appreciate their dedication and customer service. If you need plumbing work done, we highly recommend Goettl and this outstanding crew!”

“I had a fantastic experience with my Goettl technician Ashton Teo today! His friendly and professional demeanor put me completely at ease. What really stood out was his honesty, he gave me a straightforward assessment of my units without any unnecessary upselling or pressure. He took the time to walk me through every service he performed, explaining what he checked, what he found, and why each step mattered. It’s rare to find a technician who makes you feel truly informed rather than overwhelmed. My HVAC units are running great, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Goettl is lucky to have someone like Ashton on their team. Highly recommended!”

“We recently had both of our AC units replaced, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They were in and out efficiently while still doing quality work and answering all of our questions. The extra touch that really stood out was when one of the technicians gave my son a little stuffed dog. He's been carrying it around and cuddling it all night! Such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to our family. Great service, great people, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!”

“These guys were amazing. Our hot water heater broke in the middle of the day. I went on several local websites and requested service right away being that when the family was getting home the last thing I wanted, was everybody to have cold showers. These guys were the first to respond. They had a tech here within an hour he diagnosed the problem called another technician that had a hot water heater on his truck. The guy was here again. In another hour. Installation was great. They’re very professional highly recommend these guys.”

“Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing is top notch. They were quick to respond to my plumbing needs and communicated with me in a clear and consistent manner. Josh gave us a thorough analysis of what needed to be done. Later that same day Alek performed all the repairs flawlessly. It was a big job. I highly recommend Goettl for their impeccable professionalism and quality workmanship.”

“Matthew came for an annual check up on our air conditioning system. Matthew epitomized Goettl’s “we do things the right way.” He showed up on time, and spent 1 1/2 hours inspecting all aspects of the system. He then reviewed with me all of the photos and data to understand the state of our system and gave me options for improved system care. I highly recommend this personable and professional technician as I will be requesting him in the future.”

“I needed a new water heater and the gentleman, Josh, who came out for inspection got me a really good deal. He quickly sent Alek out to remove the old one and install the new one. Alek was also awesome. My family and I greatly appreciate Goettl for doing this for us. Will use them again for other needs. Thanks Josh and Alek!!”

“We had a great experience with Ashton from Goettl during our recent AC maintenance inspection. After completing the inspection, he took the time to thoroughly walk us through how our system was performing and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also recommended a few additional options that could help improve the system’s efficiency, longevity, and overall protection. While we aren’t able to move forward with those upgrades right now, we really appreciated that Ashton was never pushy. He simply provided us with information and options so we could make an educated decision. We truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and the time he took to do such a thorough job. Thank you, Ashton!”
