GoodFellas Air Conditioning & Plumbing

GoodFellas Air Conditioning & Plumbing runs as a family owned outfit based in Tucson, TX with a clear focus on HVAC work plus plumbing support for local homes. They take on air conditioning and heating jobs that range from routine upkeep to full system replacements when units give out under the Texas heat. The crew sticks to practical methods that get systems running steady without extra complications. Homeowners in the area rely on them because the business stays local and handles both planned service and unexpected breakdowns that hit during extreme weather swings common to Tucson, TX.

They roll out same day help for HVAC repairs and installations including heat pump work along with indoor air quality fixes that keep dust and humidity under control in dry conditions. Plumbing covers everything from fixing leaks in lines to clearing clogged drains and swapping out old fixtures that fail in older houses. Upfront pricing gets laid out before any tools come out so costs stay predictable on bigger jobs. In Tucson, TX the summer load on air conditioners means quick response prevents long stretches without cooling and the team targets the actual cause of failures instead of short term patches that force repeat calls later.

Homeowners note the crews arrive on time and explain options in plain terms that make decisions easier when a system quits mid season. Speed shows up in how fast they get parts and finish the fix while quality holds because the work lasts through the next heat wave without new issues popping up. Price stays reasonable with no hidden fees that turn small jobs expensive and communication keeps everyone updated on timelines from the first call. DIRT Score 4.86 from 1716 reviews on Finds.

“Update: Yearly Maintenance Alex G came to perform my yearly inspection. He was friendly, professional, and explained the process well. He was even nice to my dogs! AC Install 3 years ago: Highly professional staff, great communication. Marty, Rob, and Travis made the experience easy and seamless and made me feel confident in choosing Goodfellas over any other company in Tucson. It's never easy having to replace your AC, but this company truly cares about getting you the best quality and value for your money as well as peace of mind when making such a large purchase for your home. Highly recommended.”

“Stellar company -MARTY IS THE BEST!!! When our AC went out during the Arizona heat, Goodfellas HVAC came through for our family in a way that exceeded every expectation. They truly bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of when we needed help most. Marty and Anthony were absolutely incredible. From the moment we spoke with them, it was clear that they genuinely cared about our situation and understood that this wasn't something that could wait. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. There's a reason this company is called Goodfellas—Marty and Anthony truly embody that name. They treated us with kindness, respect, and honesty every step of the way. In a situation where many companies might take advantage of cu”

“Wow! If I could give 10+ stars, I would. I always believe a solid and true review comes after you have had the interaction and lived with the product provided. It has been a few weeks since Goodfellas came out and provided a new system for our home. The team that came out to evaluate and install was one of the most professional teams I have seen. It is always strange having someone in your home you do not know, but these guys were so respectful and had the best professionalism. No part of me was ever worried about safety in their presence. As for the product they installed, the system works amazingly and cools our home very quickly. It's small and quiet but works flawlessly. I have never had to call them to come back and change anything; it was all done right the first time. THANK YOU, Goo”

“I don't leave Google reviews very often, but this is one time I felt I had to. Like so many homeowners, our A/C decided to have an issue, and of course it happened at the worst possible time. We were referred to GoodFellas Air Conditioning, and all I can say is, look no further. We really lucked out with our HVAC technician, Logan. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never once tried to upsell me on something I didn't need. Instead, he was honest, straightforward, and focused on fixing the issue. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cared about doing the job right rather than trying to make an extra sale. From the first phone call with Aaron and Frank, who my wife worked wi”

“Cole of Goodfellas gave a courtesy call to let me know he was 30 minutes away as did the office. He was extremely polite and very thorough. I had several issues going on with my unit and Cole did a great job communicating what he identified using photos and without mansplaining. He had a needed part available and installed it right away to get the unit running again. He made some recommendations about potential options and will be back out to double check the unit again based on the new part he installed. I greatly appreciate the service. Cole did an excellent job and I would highly recommend.”

“My boys (as I call them now) were FANTASTIC explained everything didn't get annoyed when questions were posed. These two guys finished my whole repipe in 2 days... supposed to be Mon - Thurs 1/2 day. They were incredible, seriously.... I believe they deserve a raise, bonus recognition... I wouldn't trust anyone but my boys to fix it if any problems arise. Thank you guys so very much!! My new life gets to begin a little earlier without you I would still be stuck!”

“Zach performed an AC maintenance on my house in Marana, az. He took lots of pictures and showed them all to me. Made me feel very comfortable as a Female homeowner. Jason Shreves preform plumbing preventative maintenance inspection at my house in Marana az. He flushed my water heater and went through my whole pluming system to make sure I won’t have any future issues. He performed a 5 star service and I would recommend Goodfellas company for all your plumbing and hvac needs. Brian and Zach came out to fog my ducts clean the blower wheel and do everything else to get me Safe for the summer. Cole Clarkson came out with Zach to wrap everything up and quality control check.”

“Marty did a great job recommending a reasonably priced HVAC unit even though I was a little hesitant on the brand he wanted to sell me. His low pressure sell and his superior knowledge of the unit itself reassured me that I was making the right decision and when he backed it up with a warranty that far exceeds industry standards, I was sold. But that was just the beginning, once Alfredo and Chris came to install the unit the experience got even better. Their knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism assured me that I again had made the right decision. It’s been a week now and the unit runs great, the variable speed fan inside the house is whisper quiet and keeps my house at the perfect temperature. To ALL the team members at Goodfellas, THANKS for the great experience”

“My whole system was backed up and our family plumber could not find the source of the blockage. So he recommended calling out a different plumbing company for a 2nd opinion and recommended Goodfellas. Francesco and Supervisor Kyle came out and were very professional, very polite, and recommended their high PSI air -truck to come out. And clean out the issue (which did work). He also recommended several services that I am definitely going to be investing in in the future (replacing my single clean out with a double clean out, a service that cleans out the existing cast iron drain pipes in the house and applies a solution to them to restore/ reinforce all the cast iron pipes, and a "pipe-inside-a-pipe" liner). Overall a 5 out of five for their efficiency and politeness.”
