“We just had our new HVAC system installed today by Hamstra Heating and Cooling and we are so pleased with how seamlessly the process went. Three days ago, Travis, the project manager, came to take measurements, explain the process of the install, and answer any questions. He was very helpful in getting us ready for the installation of our new system. On the day of the install, Frankie arrived first and explained the step-by-step procedure they would follow. Alex and Marco arrived shortly thereafter and they all got to work on their assigned tasks. All three answered any questions we had in such a friendly manner considering how busy they were. “Jeff came out for routine annual maintenance and it was perhaps the most thorough and educational experience I’ve ever had. Jeff was incredibly professional and answered all of my questions, gave me some recommendations, and at no time did I ever feel like I was getting conned into paying for service that wasn’t necessary. My system needed about $300 worth of new parts (capacitor and another thingy) which is to be expected for my ten year old system that Hamstra had installed. When the job was complete, I told him that another company had been out to inspect the system and they told me it needed $2,000 worth of work. After Jeff left, my system ran and sounded like a brand new system. I highly recommend Hamstra and cannot say enough about how great Jeff was.”
