HVAC Heating & Cooling LLC

HVAC Heating & Cooling LLC runs as a residential outfit based right in Tucson Arizona. The crew sticks to owner operated work on heating and cooling systems for homes across the area. They deal with the kind of setups that face constant strain from the local climate and keep things moving with direct service calls instead of layers of office staff. Homeowners in Tucson know the drill with AC units that must handle long stretches of intense heat and dust that builds up fast on coils and filters. This company focuses on the core trade of HVAC without extra promises and stays ready for whatever the desert weather throws at residential equipment.

The work covers AC repair and heating repair along with full installations of new systems and mini split units for homes that need targeted cooling. They handle heat pump service and regular maintenance to catch issues before they turn into bigger problems plus emergency calls when a unit quits in the middle of a heat wave. In Tucson the common jobs involve fixing compressors that fail after years of nonstop summer use or replacing parts worn down by fine desert dust that gets everywhere. Technicians show up prepared for these conditions and work through the standard residential setups that most houses have so the air keeps flowing and the heat stays controlled when nights turn cold. This kind of service matches what local homeowners run into year after year with equipment pushed hard by the extremes.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up on time delivers solid repairs that last and charges fair rates without surprise add ons that bloat the bill. Communication stays clear with straightforward explanations of what broke and what needs fixing instead of technical runaround. The high marks come from consistent speed on emergency jobs quality that holds up through another brutal summer and prices that fit real budgets in the area. That kind of track record adds up when folks need reliable HVAC help without hassle. DIRT Score 4.93 from 203 reviews on Finds.

“My AC was running constantly but did not seem able to cool my house below 84 degrees in the June hot afternoons. I called this small company looking for more personal service than from the larger businesses. The quote for service given over the phone was significantly lower than the other two I called. They arrived within 30 minutes, did an inspection and cleaning, and patiently explained in detail what the problems were. Wthin 1.5 hours all was repaired and cleaned up. Jerry, the owner of the company and his assistant were pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.”

“My AC unit stopped working, and I called Jerry for help. He responded promptly and was able to come out on a Sunday evening. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I’m very grateful that he was able to get our AC running again so quickly. I highly recommend Jerry to anyone looking for reliable and excellent service!”

“Amazing, outstanding, above and beyond service. We called Jerry out on Friday. He came out and fixed our unit. Stayed late even to make sure. He then came back out Sunday night due to an issue. He stayed well after dark to make sure our unit was fully operational and that we were satisfied. Very honest, informative and very fair pricing. I would highly recommend above any other company.”

“This could turn out to be a long review in regard to how I found this company, but I'll keep it short. The owner arrived at my business very quickly, late in the day, and saved me a boatload of cash. He was really sincere I felt like. There is no doubt I will call him again, hopefully not too soon. But I'm sure glad I did. Highly recommend!”

“Jerry is honest friendly reliable and has decades of experience. The AC was up and running and ready to beat the Tucson heat! Thank you Jerry you have a customer for life.”

“My 26 year old heat/AC pack would not start reliably so called HVAC H&C after reading the stellar reviews. Jerry came out in an hour, gave a very good estimate and had a new unit working in a couple of days after a difficult installation. His honesty is rare in the HVAC business which is known for being somewhat sleazy. I second all the great comments of other reviewers.”

“On June 08, 2025, Sunday after I was suffering without Air Conditioning for the two weeks in extreme summer heat that can be relentless, with temperatures soaring to dangerous levels. The heat was unbearable for my husband with chronic illnesses and I was miserable mostly at nighttime when I was trying to sleep. I called three different repair Companies and two home appointments with estimates that had same responses. The prices to replace the entire unit was very alarming from lowest $12K and highest $15K. I’m retired and living on fixed income The third Company I called was HVAC Heating and Cooling Service & Repair, Jerry answered the phone and came to my home on a Sunday to troubleshoot the problem with AC unit. He fixed the leak and made other repairs at a considerable discount. J”

“I highly recommend Jerry! This was my first time using HVAC Heating & Cooling and Jerry came out the same day, and returned the following day to complete the repair. He was pleasant, professional, and the total cost was less than his initial estimate. Great service!”

“Just spoke with Jerry with Hvac Heating And Cooling. So honest and helpful. Instead of convincing me why I needed a new expensive unit, he shared with me a much better less expensive way to manage my situation. Felt he was completely trustworthy. He’s probably the fifth person I’ve talked to regarding my situation and he’s the first one I actually trusted and respected. Hire him!! I’ve already sent his business card to people!”
