“Great service! Didn't try to upsell or exaggerate problems. I had an easy fix that didn't take a lot of time to repair and the tech took his time to explain what he was doing and how it affected my system. I actually asked for information on a service agreement because when I explained what the previous company that came out (referred by my home warranty company for a summer check up) suggested to the tune of $4000 he told me what was recommended was not necessary or recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment.
