“We had the AC and heater system replaced in our home. Curtis, who provided our quote was very friendly and courteous and patiently answered all our questions. David, Jeremy and the crew of about six others did an amazing job installing the system. They were very friendly and were happy to take the time to answer all our questions. They were careful to lay down a protective cloth to protect our carpeting and were very considerate of our home in every way. The job was completed quickly. They then patiently explained how our new thermostat worked along with the AC and heater units. We highly recommend Parker & Sons..!”

“I had a great experience with a water heater replacement on Monday, July 6, 2026. At first I thought the appointment would have to be cancelled because the technician was running late but almost immediately Anthony Garcia called me back and assured me he was nearby and he arrived within my service window. He was polite, friendly and professional. He explained the process and it was easy to get a reasonable estimate. I just wanted the work done, so he left to pick up the replacement water heater and was back very quickly. The whole thing took a couple hours, which I found to be reasonable. I appreciated his sense of humor and his efficient work. I would recommend P & S and especially Anthony Garcia as your service technician.”

“Needing a reliable and honest plumber to fill the shoes of our plumber who retired a few years ago. Found Parker & Sons online, decided to give them a try. At this point in time, couldn’t be happier. CS was super friendly (shout out to Audrey!); and technician Zack is outstanding - efficient, also super friendly, and knows his stuff. “I was extremely grateful for the super quick response I received from Parker & Sons to restore water to my residence, after I installed an outdoor water shutoff on the main line, but was unable to finish hooking up the required sweat/solder copper fittings. Robert arrived here in one hour, performed the repair, and restored the water flow. He was experienced, the work was quick and meticulous, and he answered any questions I had for him while he was working. I would have given 5 stars to this review, but was somewhat surprised by the price for the repair, which I thought was high. “We have used Parker & Sons several times recently, and RJ has been outstanding every time. Two weeks ago, he installed our water treatment system, fixed a water heater supply line issue, and installed a hot water recirculation pump. Everything was done professionally and has worked perfectly. On his most recent visit, RJ installed a reverse osmosis system and lowered our kitchen sink drain approximately 5–6 inches to accommodate a new sink. During the installation, I noticed a section of drain pipe that appeared to have improper slope. I brought it to RJ’s attention, and instead of dismissing my concern, he took the time to review it, make adjustments, and ensure it was corrected properly.
