Both Jay and Manny provided excellent customer service from start to finish. “I've been using Platinum AC for just over a year now and very happy with their service and support. They came to our rescue last year when the HVAC went out. They did the same recently as well when the heat wasn't going on. Manny Lagarda has been our dedicated service person and knows our system very well. They aren't the cheapest around, but they're fair. I opted again for their annual maintenance contract which entitles the subscriber to 2 check ups per year, free filter during check up and 30% off parts and labor. Most recently Manny replaced our new Nest thermostat because it wasn't compatible with our HVAC. He put the old thermostat back and everything appears to be fine now.”

“It literally just seems like two techs and a truck with a website...I tried to set up an appointment via the website, some guy called me and did not leave a message, claimed in an email he could not leave a voicemal (false, since I have had no issues before)...I then called the number on their website during business hours, and I got some guy who was obviously a tech on the road that had no idea what was going on: the indicating he was the "emergency guy" (during business hours) and had no clue why I was talking to him...one thing I do admire: they are tech savvy to "pump up their business" to make them look important...probably not even licensed, bonded nor insured...in the end, I do not trust this company...will never try back...”
