“The company sent a very professional and skilled technician when our AC had been not functioning all day. It was 100 degrees in our home. Ben conferred with his team, diagnosed the problem and replaced the thermostat. He also had to do an electrical repair in order to replace the thermostat. He stayed with us until 830pm and was able to solve the problem so that my husband, myself and our 3 dogs could be safely cooled.”

“During a mini split installation by another company, our dual-zone main AC unit stopped cooling, first one side, then both sides. That company gosthed us. We contacted Plunkett HS and they came right away. The problem was temporarily solved but they promised to come back free of charge if the problem happened again, which it did. They came this morning, were extremely through, found the very likely source of the problem and they also found very important missing parts that should had been installed by Meritage and Chas Roberts but they didn't do them. The part that needs to be replaced is ordered and we hope this will finally solve the problem.. They were very professional, and paid great attention to detail. We signed up for their maintenance plan.”
