“I recommend that you do not use this company. I purchased a new A/C unit from them in April 2024. In June of 2026, our A/C quit completely!! It was barely 2 years old. I found out the problem was from 10 mistakes the installation team did when installing our unit. Now, the company won't stand by their work. What I hear was, "I didn't work for the company then." I requested a new unit since the poor installation caused the machine to work ineffectively so although the unit is only 2 years old, it is working like it is a 10 year old machine. All Russett Southwest has done is replacement of the compressor and pushed the unit further away from the wall. The other mistakes have not been fixed. We were without air conditioning from Tuesday evening until the following Saturday, except for an 8 ho”

Demetrious kept me updated when he would get here, was easy to work with, walked me through the entire process, and showed me many photos with readouts to help me better understand my AC needs. They installed my new AC and heater system and did it right on time, quickly, and professionally. Danny and Rene were both really good to work with. “Demetrius was able to come out the same day and he was very knowledgeable and personable. He helped to connect with a sales representative (Larry) to get a new HVAC system installed the next day. He delivered bad news (replacement vs repair) in a way that made it feel a little less like bad news. I appreciate his approach and highly recommended this company and Demetrius. Larry was great and answered all my questions. He didn’t pressure me to purchase single stage vs two stage system. He was emphatic and able to get my install accomplished the next day. I was without A/C for less than 24 hrs. The install guys worked quickly and as unobtrusively as possible. They explained my new thermostat and completely cleaned up afterwards.
