“These guys are an amazing company! Had an entire system replacement done from top to bottom in less than 4 days (and that was because I asked to delay - they were ready in 48hrs...IN MAY)! Joe came out and did an honest assessment. Explained everything to me and offered 3 different price points never making me feel like he was rail-roading me to his highest priced option. “Very disappointed at this point. We had a 26 year old ac system that was still getting the job done but we were thinking about an update soon. The selling points were; this new system would lower our energy bill and there were people available for repairs around the clock. Unfortunately, the new system only worked for 6 days. Got it on Saturday and it was no longer blowing cold by Friday. It is now Monday and our system is still down. The temperature in the house is 84 degrees and we are not happy.”
