Our AC suddenly stopped cooling, and with the Arizona heat, the house was getting unbearably hot. Winston arrived right on time, quickly found the problem, and explained that a clogged AC drain line was causing the unit to stop cooling. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, answered all of my questions, and had the issue fixed quickly. Before he left, he made sure everything was working perfectly, and our house was cooling down again. What really impressed me was Winston's professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of his customers. That kind of service is”

“The whole team is great! Everyone we have talk to and dealt with has been above standard. Had new HVAC system install in March. Our system was over 30 years old. Previous owner had it setup not necessarily up to code as well. Few minor issues but team has been quick to come back out and make things right. They even removed old swamp cooler and rewired our house the right way. Look forward to working with them on other projects. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great experience with Smart Choice. Our AC decided it had had enough. Winston and his crew came out and confirmed that after 30 yrs it was gasping for air. He suggested options and the benefits of a newer system. We didn't feel pressured at all. Winston is professional and very knowledgeable. We decided to purchase and the next day at 7 am Gabe and Christian were at the door ready to install. They answered all of our questions and explained what they would be doing.
